At Biotz, we design and build digital platforms, applications, and connected systems that help businesses automate, innovate, and scale rapidly. Our IoT platform integrates AI-powered tools and real-time data to build solutions that go beyond monitoring to taking action. We utilize our own Rapid Application Development platform, HOP, to create customized products and enhance them with our in-house AI-based software. Our solutions are already in production with multiple clients.

Biotz is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales & Business Development to lead our national and international growth efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated junior professional to take on the role and make a significant impact on our company's success. As the Sales & Business Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, expanding our market reach, and building lasting relationships with clients locally and worldwide.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and expand market share.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, particularly in international markets, through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Manage and report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Represent Biotz at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
